老年慢性肾脏疾病患者的透析治疗 被引量：5

摘要 目前,全世界范围内,超过75岁需要进行肾脏替代治疗的终末期肾衰竭（end stage of renal diseases,ESRD）患者数量在不断增加[1]。血液透析是老年ESRD患者最主要的肾脏替代治疗方式[2]。2000年至今,美国75岁以上的透析患者增加了12.2%,这是所有ESRD患者中增加最快的一部分[1]。这一趋势同样体现在其他国家。
