摘要
跨东平水道特大桥为独塔双索面钢-混混合梁斜拉桥,跨径组成为(35.0+260.0+51.5+66.0+62.5)m。钢主梁采用分离式流线形扁平钢箱梁,正交异性钢桥面板。对钢箱梁剪力滞,桥面系二、三体系应力,钢箱梁扭转等问题进行研究,确保结构受力安全可靠。同时,通过数值分析验证了设计的可靠性。此设计符合技术先进、安全可靠、经济合理等设计原则,其构造形式及分析方法可供类似结构借鉴。
Dongping Waterway Bridge is a single-tower double-sided cable stayed bridge with spans of 35. 0+260. 0+51. 5+66. 0+62. 5m. The steel girder is of separated streamline steel box beam with orthotropic steel bridge deck. Such issues as shear lags, the second system stress, the third second system stress and turn-round related to the box girder are discussed to guarantee the security and reliability of the structure. Meanwhile, numerical method is used to analyze and certify the reliability the design, which is proved to conform to the design requirements for technological advantages, safety, reliability and economic reasonability. It is concluded that structural form and analytical method may serve as references for similar projects.
