中医辨证分型治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效分析

Fraditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion Analysis Effectively

目的：探讨中医辨证分型治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效性。方法：选取我院腰椎间盘患者50例，对照组24例，采用常规治疗止痛、脱水、营养，治疗组26例，常规治疗的基础上采用中医辨证分型治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率96．1％，明显优于对照组83．3％。结论：中医辨证分型治疗腰椎间盘突出具有明显的优越性。

Objective： To investigate the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lumbar disc prolapsed. Methods ： Select our hospital patients with lumbar 50 cases, control group 24 cases, the conventional treatment of pain, dehydration, nutrition, treatment group （26 cases, on the basis of conventional treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Results： ： Treatment group total effectiveness 96.1%, obviously better than the control group 83.3% ; Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lumbar disc has the obvious superiority.
