微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血病人的护理干预评价

目的：探讨护理干预对微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床应用价值。方法：将我院2010年1月-2013年12月期间实施微创清除术治疗的高血压脑出血患者50例作为研究对象，对患者术前术后实施的精心护理干预，观察患者的恢复效果。结果：所有行微创清除术的高血压脑出血患者，通过本医院的细心护理干预，术后并发症率为14％，死亡率为0，患者的满意度比较高。结论：微创清除术是目前治疗高血压脑出血最有效的方法，术前和术后护理干预非常关键，不仅降低了在术后并发症的发生率，而且提高了患者的满意度。

Results： ： All pacients who suffered with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and took the minimally invasive surgery were carried out carefully nursing intervention, The rates of postoperative complication was 14% and the rates mortality was 0% ,The Satisfaction of patients was high. Conclusion： Minimally invasive surgery is the most effective method to treat hy- pertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, The preoperative and postoperative nursing intervention is very important, It Not only reduces the in- cidence of postoperative complications, but also improves the patients＂ satisfaction.
