安全有效地开展室性心律失常的心外膜标测和消融 被引量:1

Epicardial mapping and ablation of ventricular arrhythmias

摘要 Sosa等[1]1996年首次报道应用经皮剑突下途径穿刺心包术( percutaneous subxiphoid pericardial puncture,PSPP),完成 Chagas 病伴室性心动过速(室速)的心外膜标测和消融( epicardial mapping and ablation,EMA),此后该技术逐步在室性心律失常( VA )导管消融领域得到推广。一项心外膜室速消融注册研究显示,17%的室速消融术中使用了PSPP技术,其中缺血性心肌病中为16%,扩张性心肌病( DCM)中为35%、致心律失常性右心室心肌病( ARVC )中为41%,还有6%为特发性VA[2]。
