无导线起搏器的研究进展 被引量:8

The road to leadless pacing

摘要 自1958年问世以来,起搏器已成为缓慢性心律失常的一线治疗手段。历经半个多世纪的发展与创新,起搏器由最初开胸植入单根导线起搏心室,逐步发展为经静脉植入2∽3根导线以提供房室生理性起搏甚至双心室同步起搏。导线脱位、血栓形成、三尖瓣反流以及感染等导线相关并发症不仅影响起搏器的正常工作,而且严重危害患者的生命健康与生活质量。导线拔除具有一定的难度和风险,需要在较大的电生理中心并由技术熟练的医生完成。如何克服导线的束缚进而完成起搏器的“无线”革命,是目前心律失常治疗的新领域。本文根据现有文献,对无导线起搏器的研究进展做一综述。
