吡啶核苷酸调控离子通道

Pyridine nucleotides regulating ion channels

摘要 吡啶核苷酸常作为辅酶,参与各种氧化还原反应及细胞代谢,还可以作为电子供体、底物或配体参与调节细胞信号转导、基因转录、电子转运。最新研究表明,吡啶核苷酸参与调控离子转运,可与电压门控性钾通道的β亚基结合,进而影响钾离子通道的门控动力学;此外,吡啶核苷酸参与调控细胞膜上电压门控性钠通道、三磷酸腺苷( ATP)敏感钾通道及肌浆网上的钙释放通道,从而揭示其与细胞内钾、钠、钙离子的稳态有关,近年来针对吡啶核苷酸与心律失常发生的相关研究备受关注。
