摘要 新疆地区地广人稀,风力资源丰富。近几年风力发电技术越来越成熟,在新疆建立大型风力发电厂是一个利国惠民的好项目。单独的风力发电机组的稳定性、可靠性、安全性都比较低。鉴于VSCF双馈风力发电机组具有柔性连接等特点,可考虑在新疆采用VSCF双馈风电机组并网运行。基于双馈感应发电机在国内外的发展状况,研究了VSCF双馈风力发电机组的原理、数学模型等内容,分析了风电机组并网的分段分层控制方法,同时,利用Matlab仿真平台进行了相应的仿真,验证了该分段分层方法的可行性和有效性。 Xinjiang region is sparsely populated but is rich of wind resource. With the more and more mature of the wind power generation technology, it is benefit both to our country and the people that establishing large wind power plant in Xinjiang. Since the individual wind power generating set has poor stability, reliability and safety, also considering the advantages of the flexible connection of the VSCF doubly-fed wind power generator, the grid-connected VSCF doubly-fed wind power generating sets are adopted to be used in Xinjiang region. Based on the developing situation of the doubly-fed induction generator at home and abroad, the principles and the mathematical models of VSCF doubly-fed wind power generating sets are studied, and the subsection and hierarchical control methods for grid-connected wind power generating sets are analyzed. Meanwhile, the relevant simulating experiments are conducted by using Matlab simulation platform to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the subsection and hierarchical control methods.
