文章通过运用规范的分析方法,基于战略性贸易政策的视角分析我国光伏产业的现状和发展前景。我国光伏产业面临供求不平衡、贸易保护主义进一步抬头、国内市场尚未完全启动、光伏企业业绩全线下滑等困境。应采取战略性贸易政策与产业政策配套实施、加快技术创新速度、合理利用战略性贸易政策、积极应对各种争端、大力开发国内市场等措施,加快我国光伏产业的发展。

In order to promote the development of photovoltaic industry in China, this article uses the normative analytical method to analyze the current situation of photovoltaic industry in China and the important strategic position of strategic trade policy under the perspective of development, it points out the existing problems, finally puts forward the path of deyelopment ofphotovoltaic industry, concrete can be： to the strategic trade policy and supporting the implementation of industrial policies, speed up technological innovation, rational use of strategic trade policy, actively respond to various disputes, vigorously develop the domestic market.
