摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,我国的酒店业发展非常迅猛。在经济国际化和全球化发展的今天,企业之间的竞争实质便是人才的争夺战,酒店行业也是如此。然而,我国酒店业员工流失率日益飙升,导致酒店的发展受到限制。文章针对酒店员工流失的原因进行分析,提出相关应对措施。
With the rapid development of Chinese economy, hotel industry develops very quickly in China. The competition essence of enterprise is human resource, so as the hotel industry. However, the hotel employee turnover rate is very high, which restrict the development of hotel industry. The article analyzes the reason of hotel employee turnover and puts forward relative suggestion.
