摘要
基于S1115型柴油机喷油压力、供油提前角、喷油器孔数为试验因素,以燃油消耗率、排气烟度为试验指标,正交试验设计为试验方案,并基于Y380水力测功器,发动机1 600 r/min、90%负荷工况下进行了台架试验。利用方差分析及稳健性设计信息处理方法,对燃油供给系统参数进行优化,使发动机省油27.36 g/(k W·h),烟度下降2.1 Rb。当喷油压力为16 MPa、喷油器孔数为5时,燃油供给系统稳健性提高,参数公差范围得以扩大,降低了加工工艺的要求。
The paper designed a pilot program with fuel injection pressure,fuel supply advance angle,the number of injector hole for test factors ,and with fuel consumption rate ,exhaust smoke value for indexes based on orthogonal test design. The test obtained data under the conditions of 1 600 r/min and 90% load based on the Y380 hydraulic dynamometer and S1115 diesel engine. The parameters of the fuel supply system were optimized with variance analysis and robust design. Experiments indicated that the engine saved 27.36 g/(kW · h) ,and the smoke value decreased by 2.1 Rb when injection pressure was 16 MPa and the number of injector hole was 5. This fuel supply system is also robust, and which can expand the tolerance range, reduce the processing requirements and assembly costs.
