互联网银行并没有增加新的风险种类,但对风险管理体系建设提出了更高的要求。本文从互联网银行的含义出发,分析了互联网银行所面临的风险,研究了互联网银行跨国风险管理体系建设,对互联网银行风险管理体系提出政策建议。

It is wise to get ready for the risk that internet banking poses to financial system before internet banking grows up in China. Internet banking does not increase new risk, but requires more advanced risk management system. From definition of internet banking, this paper analyzes the risk that internet banking faces, studies the a risk management of cross -border internet banking , and finally gives advices on the establishment of risk management system of internet banking.
