盐酸曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙佐治原发性高血压的疗效及对内皮功能的影响

The Endothelial Function Effect of Trimetazidine Hydrochloride and Atorvastatin ?Calcium Adjunctive Treatment for Patients with Primary Hypertension

目的:探讨盐酸曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙佐治原发性高血压的临床效果及对其内皮功能的影响。方法:将2011年10月-2014年7月我院收治的126例原发性高血压患者随机分为研究组和对照组各63例,对照组采取降压加阿托伐他汀钙治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用盐酸曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组治疗前、后内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血压和血脂情况。结果:治疗4周后,研究组ET-1、hs-CRP分别为(62.5±6.4)ng/L、(2.1±1.2)mg/L,均低于对照组的(64.8±6.4)ng/L、(2.6±1.4)mg/L;研究组NO明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血压均较治疗前明显下降,且研究组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);两组TC、LDL-C均较治疗前明显下降,但无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 :盐酸曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙佐治原发性高血压效果确切,可明显改善内皮功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ：To explore the endothelial ？ function effect of trimetazidine hydrochloride combined with atorvastatin calcium adjunctive treatment for patients with primary hypertension. Methods ： 126 patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into research group（n=63） and control group（n=63）.Control group was treated by atorvastatin calcium based on foundation decompression treatment,while research group was treated by trimetazidine hydrochloride based on foundation of control group. The endothelin-1（ET-1）,nitric oxide（NO）,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）, blood pressure and lipid profile before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results ：After four weeks of treatment,ET-1 and hs-CRP in research group were respectively（62.5±6.4） ng /L and（2.1±1.2） mg / L,which were lower than（64.8±6.4） ng / L and（2.6±1.4） mg / L in control group（P〈0.05）.NO in research group was higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,SBP and DBP decreased,the improvement degree in research group were better than those in control group（P〈0.05）.TC and LDL-C were lower than those in before,but there were no significant differences between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion ：Trimetazidine hydrochloride combined with atorvastatin ？ calcium has exact effect for patients with primary hypertension based on foundation decompression treatment. It can improve endothelial ？ function effectively and is worthy of widely used.
