关节镜辅助下髌骨骨折复位经皮空心螺钉张力带内固定56例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 56 Patients with Patellar Fracture Treated by Arthroscopy Assisted Reduction and Percutaneous Hollow Screw Tension Band Internal Fixation

目的:总结关节镜辅助下髌骨骨折复位经皮空心螺钉张力带内固定的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2008年10月-2013年12月我科应用关节镜辅助下髌骨骨折复位经皮空心螺钉张力带内固定56例的临床资料。结果:56例髌骨骨折均骨性愈合,平均住院时间7d,临床愈合3-18个月,平均6个月;膝关节疗效评定优良率达100%。结论:关节镜辅助下髌骨骨折复位经皮空心螺钉张力带内固定复位满意,内固定坚强,可促进骨折早期愈合。

Objective ：To summarize the clinical effect of patients with patellar fracture treated by arthroscopy assisted reduction and percutaneous hollow screw tension band internal fixation. Methods ： The clinical data of 56 patients with patellar fracture treated by arthroscopy assisted reduction and percutaneous hollow screw tension band internal fixation were retrospectively analyzed from Oct 2008 to Dec 2013. Results ： The 56 cases were bone healing.The average hospitalization time was 7 d,the average clinical healing time was 6 months（ 3 to 18 months）. The excellent and good rate was 100% according to knee joint. Conclusion ： It has reset satisfaction and strong internal fixation that patients with patellar fracture treated by arthroscopy assisted reduction and percutaneous hollow screw tension band internal fixation, and it may promote the fracture healing early.
