摘要
目的探讨共同性外斜视手术矫正的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析62例共同性外斜视患者的临床资料。结果术后近期正位率79.0%(49/62),远期正位率为70.4%(38/54)。结论充分做好术前准备,早期手术矫正,既可以改善外观又可以恢复部分双眼视功能,临床疗效满意。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of surgical correction for concomitant exotropia. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 62 patients with concomitant exotropia. Results The postoperative short-term normotopia rate was 79.0%（49/62）, and the long-term normotopia rate was 70.4%（38/54）. Conclusion Sufficient preoperative preparation and early surgical correction can not only improve the appearance, but also recover part of binocular visual function with satisfactory clinical effect.
