股骨头坏死再生治疗的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 股骨头坏死（necrosis of the femoral head,ONFH）是以股骨头血供严重减少和骨内压增高为病理特征的疾病。创伤和非创伤等原因均可以通过损害股骨头内血液循环的途径导致ONFH,但其发病机制至今尚未完全明确。股骨头缺血可引起骨髓细胞和骨细胞的死亡,最终导致坏死区塌陷[1]。ONFH是一种常发生于中青年患者的致残性疾病,
