摘要
由于船用视频监控环境的复杂性,有必要采用多种不同组合的图像增强算法对各种视频图像进行增强处理。本文从船用视频监控系统的实际应用出发,在硬件结构和软件功能上设计了模块化的视频图像增强装置。它可作为一个独立的设备,提供标准的视频输入、输出接口,无缝集成到现有的船用视频监控体系结构中。船用环境下的应用结果表明:本装置工作稳定可靠,能对各种视频图像进行有效的增强处理,获取高质量的视频监控图像,完全满足设计要求。
Because of the complex application environments,it is very necessary to use all kinds of image enhancement algorithm to get high-quality images in marine video monitoring system.According to the specified system designing demands, a marine image enhancement equipment is developed based on modular design in hardware structure and software functions. It works as an independent device with standard input and output video ports. What＇ s more,it can also be integrated into the present marine video monitoring system. It is proved by experiments in different marine operating environments that this equipment can work well, enhance many kinds of images and completely meets designing requirements.
