摘要
地理信息系统能够以图形化的方式,直观方便地显示陆地、海洋等地区的经纬度、海拔等信息,被广泛应用在地质勘查、区域导航等领域。然而,当前的地理信息系统并非面向海洋应用而设计的,因而在应用于船舶上时还需要做许多改进。本文提出一种海上船舶地理信息系统框架,设计该系统的7个主要组件,研究了实现该系统的关键技术。根据本文提出的框架,设计了海洋环境信息系统原型,该系统具有结构简单、易于部署等优点,能够有效解决传统地理信息系统难以直接用于船舶的缺点。
Geographic information system can intuitively and easily to show land,sea and other regions with a graphical manner,including longitude and latitude,altitude and other information. It is widely used in geological prospecting,regional navigation and other fields. However,the current geographic information system is not designed for marine applications,and at the time of application on the ship it is still need to do a lot of improvement. This paper proposes a marine geographic information system framework,designs the seven major components of the system,and studies the key technologies to realize the system. This system includes the subsystems,such as marine environmental information system,having the advantages of simple structure,easy to deploy,and can effectively solve the shortcoming of traditional geographic information system which is difficult to be directly used for ship.
