流行性腮腺炎暴发原因的研究进展

Research progress on the causes of mumps outbreaks

随着我国扩大免疫规划的实施,流行性腮腺炎大流行基本上得到有效控制,但小规模暴发仍不断发生。本文对近年来国内外流行性腮腺炎暴发流行的相关文献与资料进行分析,发现未接种疫苗、疫苗接种剂次较少及病毒变异、2剂疫苗免疫效力减弱是流行性腮腺炎发病率居高不下的主要原因。

With the implementation of the Expanded Program on Immunization,a pandemic outbreak of mumps has been effectively controlled,but small- scale outbreaks continue to occur. By consulting many domestic and international literatures regarding the outbreaks of mumps in recent years,we find that the non- vaccination,vaccination without enough doses or times,the variation of virus and the decreased efficacy of immunization with 2 doses of vaccine are the main causes for the high incidence of mumps.
