摘要
2012年8月对贵州舞阳河风景区浮游植物进行了调查,并对水体的水质进行了评价。结果表明,调查期间鉴定出的浮游植物属于5门58属共149种,其中硅藻种数最多,占总种数的46.31%。舞阳河夏季浮游植物细胞密度平均值为16.7×105个/L,生物量平均值为1.58 mg/L。使用指示生物法和多样指数法,表明舞阳河水质总体处于α-中污带与β-中污带之间。
The phytoplankton community structure and water quality of Wuyang River scenic area of Guizhou province in August of 2012 was studied. The resules showed that a total of 149 species phytoplankton belonged to 58 genera of 5 phyla were indentified. Bacillariophyta accounted for 46.30% of the total. The average of phytoplankton cell density was 16.7 ×105cells / L of Wuyang River in summer. The average of biomass was 1.58 mg / L. Bio-indicator and biological index proved that the water quality of Wuyang River was between α-mesosaprobic zone and β-mesosaprobic zone.
