摘要
针对中点电压箝位(NPC)三电平逆变器器件损耗分布不均导致器件结温不均衡问题,通过对逆变器工作状态、空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)进行分析,提出了基于零矢量时间非均衡分配的损耗分布调节方法。此处给出了非均衡零矢量分配调制下的损耗计算方法。以及基于主损耗器件损耗均衡优化目标的零矢量分配系数的求解方法。实例计算表明所提方法能有效调节主损耗器件的损耗分布。
Aiming at the problem of the unbalanced junction temperatures caused by the devices loss unequal distrib- utions in the three-level neutral point clamped(NPC) inverter, a loss balance method by adjusting the duty time of the zero vectors is proposed through the analysis of working states and space vector pulse width modulation (SVP- WM).The loss calculation method is given on the condition of the asymmetrical time of zero vectors,and then the calculation method of the zero vector distribution coefficients is proposed by constructing the main devices loss bal- ance optimization objective function.The example result shows that the method can efficiently regulate the loss distri- bution in the dominated loss devices.
