摘要
从控制策略与控制对象两方面对矿用蓄电池机车进行了分析。首先建立了矿用蓄电池机车永磁同步电机(PMSM)的数学模型,在此基础上对矢量控制技术进行了介绍。重点研究了无位置传感器测速技术,并对反电动势过零点相位存在的问题进行了修正,提出了延迟换相思路。最后通过实验验证了该方法的可行性。
The control strategy and control object from two aspects of mine battery locomotive are analyzed, the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM ) mine battery locomotive is established, on the basis, vector control technology is introdueed.Sensorless technique is studied and the back electromotive force zero crossing phase problems are corrected, then the thought of PMSM is given.Finally,the feasibility is verified by the experiment.
