摘要
本文以聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)预聚物为基体,通过加入二氧化硅(SiO2)、光引发剂、稳定剂制备了紫外光(UV)固化PUA树脂。研究了未处理SiO2、煅烧处理SiO2、表面改性SiO2及其用量对UV固化PUA树脂性能的影响。结果表明,未处理SiO2对树脂性能提高幅度较小,表面改性SiO2效果最好;当加入15%表面改性SiO2时,UV固化PUA胶膜的拉伸强度和硬度达到最高值,分别为8.3 MPa和95邵氏A,同时耐水性也较好。
In this paper, the UV-curable polyurethane acrylate resin was prepared using polyurethane acrylate prepolymer as the binder and adding silica, UV initiator and stabilizer. The effects of untreated silica, calcined silica and surface modificated silica on the properties of UV-curable polyurethane acrylate resin were investigated. The results showed that the untreated silica increased the resin performance a little, the surface modificated silica had the best modified effect on the resin performance. The tensile strength and Shore A hardness of the UV-curable polyurethane acrylate resin film reached the maximum values of 8.3 MPa and 95, respectively, when the amount of the surface modificated silica was 15%, and the film also had good resistance to water.
