医药包装用互穿网络结构水性聚氨酯的制备 被引量:4

摘要 采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、三乙胺(TEA)、乙二胺(EDA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、过硫酸钾(KPS)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)等原料制备了水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯乳液(PUA),考查了PETA用量对其性能的影响。结果表明,随着PETA的加入,PUA粒子形成互穿网络结构;乳液黏度先降低后增大;聚氨酯胶膜的拉伸强度和复合薄膜的T型剥离强度均先上升后下降,且在PETA用量为1.5%时达到最大值;PUA胶膜的断裂伸长率则呈下降趋势;复合薄膜的易氧化物指标、有机溶剂残留指标符合药品包装容器标准,表明合成的PUA适合用于医药包装。 A series of waterborne polyurethane was synthesized using polybutylene adipate(PBA), isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), dimethylolbutyric acid(DMPA), 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA) , triethylamine (TEA) , ethylenediamine (EDA), methyl methacrylate (MMA), potassium persulfate (KPS), pentaerythrityl triacrylate (PETA), etc. as the raw materials. And the influences of PETA content on the properties of the waterborne polyurethane were discussed. The results showed that the interpenetrating network structure of waterborne polyurethane was obtained with adding PETA. The viscosity of waterborne polyurethane first increased and then decreased when the PETA amount increased, and the tensile strength of polyurethane film and the T peel strength of laminate film first increased and then decreased, and reached the maximum values while the PETA content was 1.5%. The elongation at break of polyurethane film had a downward trend; the readly oxidizable substance index and the residual organic solvent index of laminate film showed according to the standard of pharmaceutical packaging container that the synthetized waterborne polyurethane adhesive was suitable for pharmaceutical packaging.
