摘要
基于氯丁胶乳和苯丙乳液间的协同效应,由氯丁胶乳(CRL)和苯丙乳液(SAE)共混可制备水性氯丁胶粘剂。研究了影响氯丁胶乳和苯丙乳液共混稳定性的因素,同时对二者的协同效应进行了初步探讨。结果表明,苯丙乳液的粒径、单体转化率、乳化剂、pH调节剂、共混质量比和共混工艺是影响氯丁胶乳和苯丙乳液共混稳定性的主要因素。原子力显微镜对其形态研究证实氯丁胶乳和苯丙乳液之间产生了协同效应。
Based on the synergistic effect between polychloroprene latex (CRL) and styrene-acrylate emulsion(SAE), a waterborne blend adhesive consisting ofpolychloroprene latex and styrene-acrylate emulsion can be prepared. The factors of influencing the stability of SAE/CRL blend were investigated, and the synergistic effect between polychloroprene latex and styrene-acrylate copolymer emulsion was also discussed. The results showed that the main factors influencing the blend stability are the particle size, monomer conversion and emulsifier of SAE, the pH conditioning agent, the blend ratio of SAE/CRL and the blending process. The synergistic effect of CRL and SAE was confirmed by the films' morphology obtained by atomic force microscope.
