氧化锌硫化体系聚硫密封剂的性能研究

摘要 研究了液体聚硫橡胶与氧化锌硫化膏配合使用的密封剂性能,制备了部分彩色聚硫密封剂。结果表明,液体聚硫橡胶相对分子质量越大,硫化后力学性能越好,而交联度升高时,拉伸强度提高,断裂伸长率降低;当基膏/硫化膏的质量比为10:2时,密封剂的力学性能较好;加入颜料制成彩色密封剂后力学性能与粘接性能保持良好。 The properties of sealant compounding with liquid polysulfide rubber and ZnO vulcanizing agent were studied. And some different color polysulfide sealants were prepared. The results showed that the mechanical properties of sealant became better with increasing the molecular weight of polysulfide rubber. The tensile strength increased and the elongation decreased with increasing the crosslinking degree of sealant. The best properties of sealant were obtained when the ratio of base agent to vulcanizing agent was 10:2. The mechanical properties and adhesive properties of sealant were still all right by adding color pigments.
