At present, base Baijiu（liquor）-making enterprises at the upstream industry chain deeply perceived the deep adjustment of liquormaking industry. Been involved in industry change time and again, base liquor-making enterprises had to consider its future development road.In this paper, the existed problems were analyzed from the development history and the present situations of base liquor-making industry. Meanwhile, the ways to tap the differentiated competitive advantages for base liquor-making industry to change its role from backstage to stage center were explored.
