摘要 饮酒与健康的关系一直以来倍受广大消费者关注,而健康科学的饮酒方式更是行业研究的热点。本研究通过对受试者饮酒前后的血液常规、肝功能和肾功能的测定,并对受试者在饮酒前、中、后期的精神状态和主观感受进行了试验。通过分析结果表明:饮用白酒有利于加速血液循环和体内新陈代谢,促进人体快速排毒,并有降低痛风发病率的可能性;不同香型、不同年龄段等因素饮用白酒对试验分析指标影响不大,而白酒酒度、饮酒量对指标变化有显著影响,饮用52%vol白酒100 m L,且饮酒时间在30~60 min时对人的身体和精神都更加有益,有利于人体健康。 The relationship between alcohol consumption and health has always been a major concern for consumers. More importantly, healthy drinking is a popular research topic in liquor-making industry.In this study, we conducted blood test on liver functions and kidney functions of subjects both before and after drinking. In addition, we recorded subjects mental state and feelings in the beginning stage,middle stage and final stage.Through data analysis, we found that drinking a certain amount of liquor actually helps to speed up blood circulation and promote body's metabolism and rapidly detox, and there is a possibility in reducing the incidence of gout. Drinking with different liquor flavor type, different age of subjects and other factors have little impact on the experimental indicators, however, liquor alcoholicity and alcohol consumption have significant impact on experimental indicators. The data suggested that drinking 100 m L 52 % vol liquor and drinking time between 30 to 60 minutes is beneficial to consumer's mental and physical health.
