摘要 在安钢生产现场进行试验,研究了不同冷却方式和工艺参数对表层超细晶C-Mn钢板型、组织和力学性能的影响。研究表明C-Mn钢采用分散冷却比采用连续冷却得到的板型更好,冷却速率不同,表层细晶层厚度不同。产品的韧塑性良好,各项性能指标均达到国标GB/T1591-2008的要求,也实现了低合金钢减量化生产的目标,具有较大推广应用价值。 An experiment was carried out on the run - out table in Anyang Steel in order to study the effects of different cooling ways and process parameters on the plate shape, final microstructure and mechanical properties of C - Mn ultrafine grained ferrite in surface layer. The study has showed out that the plate shape by separated cooling is better that that by continuous cooling, different cooling rate results in different thickness of grained ferrite in surface layer. The plate has satisfying elongation, good toughness, and meets with the requirements of Grade Q345 HSLA steel in GB/T1591 -2008. This study also realizes the goal of lowly - alloyed steel quantity - reduction production and is worth wider application.
