摘要
阳极板中镍含量超标,对铜阳极板的物理质量和化学质量都有较大影响,给电解生产带来不利影响,同时增加废板回炉成本。本文通过对镍在铜火法冶炼过程中行为的探讨,提出有效的工艺控制措施,以减少镍的循环富集,达到降低阳极板镍含量,以提高阳极板的质量。
If nickel content in anode exceeds the standard, large negative impact will fall on the physical and chemical quality of anode and electrolytic production and will increase the cost for under - quality copper plate reprocessing. The paper studies the action of nickel during copper metallurgical process, and puts forward effective process control measures of decreasing periodic nickel enrichment so as to decrease nickel content in anode and improve the anode quality.
