摘要
本文从一些矿热炉液压系统的漏、振、热、脏现象出发,分析了液压系统故障频出的原因。强调了液压系统在原理设计、工厂设计中应该遵循的工作程序和行业规范。同时叙述了大型矿热炉液压系统电极升降回路采用逻辑插装技术控制的特点和优势,值得进一步推广。
The reasons for frequent failure of hydraulic system are analyzed in the article beginning from studying phenomenon of leak, vibration, heat and dirt. Working programs and industry norms must be followed by in the course of plant design. Also the advantages of logic valves control technology used in electrodes rise and fall circuitry of hydraulic system for large - scale ore heating are discussed. This technology is worth spreading.
