摘要
国内某钢厂周期轧管机上轧辊丝杆平衡缸液压回路在设计上存在缺陷。当控制阀信号出现故障时,轧辊丝杆往下运动时,会造成负载无限变大,导致轧辊运动受阻,丝杆机构卡死。通过对平衡缸液压回路的分析,提出解决方案,改进了系统回路。
A screw balance cylinder hydraulic circuit in the cycle pipe roll machine of a domestic steel factory has some defects in the design. When control valve signals have some malfunction with the roller screw falling down can cause load infinite change, leading to roll motion blocked, eventually a lag screw mechanism stuck . Through the analysis of the balance cylinder hydraulic circuit, this article puts forwards the solution to improve the circuit system.
