摘要
针对某钢厂炼铁料场用臂式斗轮堆取料机实际应用考察中回转型式的设计选型问题及配重计算程序等进行了详细的总结与说明。选型结果认为:1)综合维修、安装、承载能力、空间尺寸、造价、整机稳定性等,圆锥滚轮式回转支承方式的堆取料机是优选方案。2)总结的配重计算程序,以及对相关注意事项详细的阐述,对工程上的实际应用有一定的参考价值。
A detailed summary and description for the rotary type selection problems and the balance weight calculation procedure problems had been conducted in the investigation of the arm type buchket - wheel stacher reclaimer applied to the ironmaking yard of a steel plant. The model selection resulted that 1 )tapered roller slewing bearing stacher reclaimer was the optimal case in the comprehensive consideration of the maintenance, installation, bearing capac whole machine, etc. 2)The conclusions for the we ty, ght the size of the space, the cost, the stability of the calculation procedure, as well as to the relevant considerations for detail, have certain reference value to the practical application for the engineering
