摘要
小组合作是新课程倡导的教学方式,但在具体组织实施上尚存在着不同程度的迷失,主要表现为:注重了小组,迷失了个体;注重了形式,迷失了内容;注重了竞争,迷失了合作;注重了评价,迷失了方式。这些迷失制约了高效课堂的构建。因此我们需要通过培养合作意愿,提高学习技能;关注学生个体,善用差异教学;依据教学内容,合作形式多样;创新评价方式,激扬学生热情来重返小组合作新方式,实现课堂教学改革、提高课堂教学实效的目的。
Group cooperative Learning is being advocated around the world these days, but when applying the approach in class, especially in big-sized class, teachers are still at a loss as to how to cater to students' individual needs in group work, how to arrange proper tasks for group work so as to get the most out of it, how to develop students' awareness of fair play and their capability of effective communication while encouraging group competition, and how to make appropriate assessment on students and their perfor- mance. These problems block the teachers and students, from achieving high efficiency in class. To regain the real charm of group coop- erative learning and improve effectiveness of students' learning, as teachers, we need to first cultivate students' willingness and skills to cooperate, pay our attention to individual students as well as groups, make proper use of the differences between students, creative- ly reorganize teaching materials and prepare various forms for different cooperation tasks, and reinvent evaluation methods to arouse students' interest and motivation.
