摘要 教研组长是最基层的、最关键的、最能影响教师自主专业成长的人。通过县域初中语文教研组长专业发展调研的现状统计与关联分析,提出进一步有效促进教师自主专业成长的四个策略建议,即:增强"草根科研"助推教师自主专业成长的认识与实践;提高职业悦纳度以增强自主专业成长的动力;提高县域全员培训的针对性以提高自主专业成长的有效性;提高校本研修在教师自主专业成长上的基础涵养作用。 The research group leader is the most basic, the most critical, the most influencing one in teacher autonomy professional development. Through the current statistics and correlation analysis of county junior high school Chinese teaching and research group leader professional development research, effective proposals are put forward to promote further, four strategies of teacher self professional growth: strengthening the "understanding and practice of independent professional growth of grassroots research" to pro- mote teachers' occupation; improve the acceptable degree to enhance the power of autonomous professional development; to improve the staff training targeted to improve the effectiveness of independent professional growth; to improve the basic conservation functions of school book study in teachers professional development of independence.
