According to the five factors of David W. Johnson and Roger T＇s cooperative learning, This paper concentrates on the problems on basis of comparing formal cooperative Learning and informal cooperative learning in middle school English class, and fur- ther analyses the reasons of the problems, and will bring English teaching some enlightenment.
