新时期师德建设之我见

Views on Teachers' Moral Construction in the New Period

优良师德是教师教书育人的前提和基础,即使在目前这个日趋多元化的社会里,仍然是这样。但是,近些年来,教师有违师德的行为和进行违法犯罪活动的现象时有发生,令人心寒,让人扼腕。本文认为,上述现象主因在于师德评优的作用日渐式微。因此,加强师德建设势在必行,而加强师德建设的最有效方法无异于建立切实可行、与时俱进的师德制度,并加强其执行力度,并且在教育过程中,教师应该"以生为本,践行师德",凡事从学生的立场和角度出发。

High standard of morality is the premise and basis of teaching of teachers, even in this increasingly diverse society. However, in recent years, the phenomenon of teachers against the moral and doing criminal activities has occurred often. This paper argues that this phenomenon is mainly due to the decline of the moral assessment effects. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the construction of teachers＇ morality, and the most effective approach strengthening the construction is to establish a practical and keeping with the times system of teachers＇ morality, and to strengthen its enforcement efforts. As well as, in the process of education, teachers should be ＂taking students as the foundation, practice of morality＂, and everything from the student＇ s position and point of view.
