摘要
报道了一种可检测大气中微米级颗粒物尺寸并计数颗粒个数的方法和检测系统。微通道检测区域处布设一对微电极,微流道两侧施加一定幅值的直流电,使得检测区域的空气发生电晕放电,形成电流回路。当注射泵驱动颗粒物流经检测区时,会导致检测电极间的电阻发生改变,进而产生相应的电流变化脉冲,并被检测电路检测到。脉冲信号的个数即为流经检测区颗粒的个数,而脉冲信号的幅值大小则表征了颗粒的尺寸。该实验装置基于电晕放电原理,检测原理可靠,检测方法创新,设备整体结构简单,具有良好的发展前景和应用价值。
The method and detection system to detect the micron grade particulate size in the atmosphere and count the number of particles were reported.By setting apair of micro electrodes in the detection zone of the micro channel,applying a certain amplitude of direct current on both sides of the groove,the air corona discharge occurred in the detection zone,and the current loop was formed.When the syringe pump drives particulates through the detection zone,the resistance between detection electrodes changes,then the corresponding current pulse is generated and detected by the detection circuit.The number of current pulse signals is the quantity of the particulate through the detection zone,and the amplitude of the pulse signal reflects the size of the particulate.Based on the corona discharge theory,the experimental apparatus has the advantages of the reliable principle,novel detection method,simple structure and a good prospect of the development and application.
