压电变压器等效电路参数影响因素实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了长度伸缩振动压电变压器在二阶振动模式下电学等效电路参数的影响因素。采用PZT压电陶瓷材料制作了不同设计和工艺的压电变压器,并对其等效电路参数进行了多次测量。实验测量值与理论计算值间的误差分析表明,压电变压器电极覆盖面积、引线位置及连接点尺寸等对等效电路参数测量造成显著影响。研究结果为压电变压器实际制作和测试提供了可靠的依据。 Influence factors on the effect of equivalent circuit parameters of longitudinal vibration piezoelectric transformers at the second harmonic was studied.Piezoelectric transformers of different design and crafts were produced using the lead zirconate titanate ceramic,and its equivalent circuit parameters were multiple measured.The error estimation between measurements and calculations showed that some factors,e.g.the area of electrode covered,the electrode leads position,and the connection point size would greatly influence the equivalent circuit parameters.The results provided a reliable basis for actual production and testing of a piezoelectric transformer.
