摘要
将复合纳米Ti O2的强极性表面改性为非极性表面,以纳米尺度复合到防腐蚀涂料中,覆盖到被保护金属基体上。通过检测表明:复合纳米Ti O2改性的防腐蚀涂料对金属的保护作用更强,自腐蚀电流密度减小可达一个数量级,并且可以抑制孔蚀敏感性。复合纳米Ti O2载入防腐蚀涂料,吸收包括红外光在内的自然光进行光电转换,无需外加能源,对金属提供光电化学保护。
Change the polarity of nano-TiO2 from high polarity to non-polarity, and add the modified nano-TiO2 into anti-corrosion paint in order to enhance the protection effect to the matrix metal. The results of detection showed that the composite nano-TiO2 modified anti-corrosion paint showed better protection effect than the original paint which made the corrosion current decrease one magnitude and reduce the pitting sensitivity. The composite nano-TiO2 in the anti-corrosion paint can absorb the natural light including infrared light and process the photoelectric transformation. This process can provide photoelectric chemical protection without any additional energy.
