公共选择理论下土地寻租行为研究

Study on Land Rent-seeking Behavior of Public Choice Theory

随着城镇化与工业化进程的加速,土地成为重要的建设资源。在土地交易过程中的,存在巨大的利润空间,导致土地寻租成为了腐败的重点。公共选择理论将经济学的研究工具引入到政治学中,从"经济人"的视角出发,通过土地寻租的成本收益分析,引出政府官员进行寻租的原因,从而提出解决土地寻租问题应从完善法律、加强监督、提高道德建设等方面出发的对策。

With the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization process,the land has become important building resources.In the process of land transactions,there is a huge profit space,thus a large number of secret operation exists,which makes the land rent-seeking become a focus of corruption.Public choice theory applies economics research to politics.From the perspective of ＂ economic man＂,this paper concludes the reasons why government officials carry on land rent-seeking through the cost-benefit analysis,puts forward countermeasures from the perspective of improving law,strengthening the supervision and promoting ethical progress.
