多房囊性肾癌诊治分析(附6例报告)

Diagnosis and treatment of multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma(6 cases report)

目的探讨多房囊性肾细胞癌（multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma,MCRCC）的诊断及外科治疗方法。方法回顾性分析广州中医药大学附属广东中西医结合医院2006年10月至2014年3月收治的6例MCRCC患者的临床资料,术前3例诊断为MCRCC,2例可疑MCRCC,1例诊断为肾囊肿。均行手术治疗,其中4例行根治性肾切除术,2例行肾部分切除术。结果 6例患者手术均成功,随访时间2-64个月,未发生局部复发和远处转移。结论 B超结合CT可提高MCRCC的术前诊断率,治疗以保留肾单位手术为宜,同时根据术后病理活检结果,再行必要处理。

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma（MCRCC）. Methods We reported 6cases MCRCC in Integrative Medicine Hospital of Guangdong Province since October 2006 and analyzed the clinical data with the correlative literatures,including clinical features,pathologic features,approach of surgery and prognosis.3cases were diagnosed as MCRCC,2cases were diagnosed suspectedly as MCRCC and one case was misdiagnosed as renal cyst preoperatively.Radical nephrectomy was performed in 4cases and nephron sparing surgery was performed in 2cases. Results All the 6cases were confirmed as MCRCC on pathology.None of the 6cases which were available for follow-up from 2to 64 months showed local recurrence and distant metastasis. Conclusions The diagnosis of MCRCC mainly depends on B ultrasound and CT which can improve preoperative diagnosis in combination.Nephron sparing surgery is advisable for the treatment.And according to the results of postoperative biopsy,then decide the next treatment.
