企业债券市场是证券市场的重要组成部分,它的发展不仅对证券市场的完善,而且对企业自身及国民经济的发展具有重要的作用。然而,我国国有企业债券市场中参与主体存在的问题,已成为企业债券市场发展的制约。本文从产权制度出发,对我国国有企业债券市场参与主体的问题进行了体制性分析,并提出相应的对策。

As an important part of the security market,enterprise bond market proves to be significant not only to the improvement of the security market,but also to the development of the enterprise itself and national economy.However,the problems on participator of Chinese state-owned enterprise bond market remains a serious obstacle to the development of enterprise bond market.The authors give the systematic analysis of the enterprise bond market from the property right system and then provide some countermeasures.
