摘要
套餐是获取移动用户、赢得市场竞争的营销手段之一,其运用的好坏将直接影响电信运营商移动业务发展。本文尝试从用户、收入、业务量等维度入手,运用层次分析法构建移动业务资费套餐评估模型,对套餐进行评估分析,以期提出有针对性的建议,支撑电信企业营销管理工作。
Package is one of the marketing tools to get mobile users and win the market competition. Its use will directly affect the development of mobile service of telecom operators. This paper attempts to start with dimensions of user,income,business amount and so on. It use the AHP to build evaluation model of the mobile business packages, which will have evaluation analysis to packages, in order to put forward some targeted recommendations to support the marketing management of telecom enterprise.
