新建应用型本科院校教学质量监控体系的重构路径 被引量:2

摘要 新建应用型本科院校教学质量监控机制存在的问题:质量监控体系不适合应用型办学定位;重理论教学轻实践教学监控;评教组织职能定位不合理等。主要对策为:明确人才培养要求,革新人才培养模式;强化课堂教学改革,创新课堂教学质量监控体系;改革课程考核评价方式,加强学习过程的考核和监控力度;以全面的教学质量观为引导,强化实践教学监控体系建设;明晰监控实施主体,完善教学质量监控责任体制。 The teaching quality monitoring mechanism in newly-built application-oriented universities exists some problem: it is not suitable for the applied orientation; it emphasizes theories teaching but neglects practical teaching;the teaching evaluation function is not reasonable,etc.. This paper gives the following main measures: clear re-quirements of personnel training,mode innovation of personnel training,strengthening the reform of classroom teaching,innovation of classroom teaching quality monitoring system,reform of curriculum evaluation,strengthening the inspection and monitoring of the learning process,taking the comprehensive concept of teaching quality as a guide,strengthening the construction of practical teaching monitoring system,clearing the monitoring implementation subject,and perfecting the teaching quality monitoring responsibility system.
