本文对公益性科研机构定位的原则和条件进行了深层次探讨,对公益性科研机构的改革提出了目标定位方法、市场能力定位方法和优势特色定位方法。在此基础上,论述了公益性科研机构分类定位的五种主要发展模式。

This paper deeply explores the conditions and principles concerning orientation of SRIPW,and presents three ways of orientation------target orientation,market capacity orientation and advantage -characteristic orientation.Based on the above,five major development patterns of classification and orientation have been expounded of SRIPW.
