原发性胃淋巴瘤并穿孔误诊为胃溃疡并穿孔 被引量：1

摘要 1病例资料男,54岁。因间歇性上腹痛伴黑便半个月入院。患者半个月前出现间歇性上腹痛伴黑便。查体：生命体征平稳,贫血貌。心肺查体未见异常。腹部对称、平软,中上腹压痛,无反跳痛及肌紧张,未触及包块,肠鸣音正常。查血红蛋白73 g/L。粪常规示：墨绿色软便,红细胞10~15/高倍视野,隐血试验阳性。胃镜检查示：胃后壁见一局部皱襞粗大隆起区,中央部有1.8 cm×2.0 cm圆形凹陷.
