摘要
针对挤压合套自润滑关节轴承结构特点,分析对自润滑层无损伤的挤压合套精密成形工艺的关键技术。通过数字化精密塑性成形技术,对成形工艺过程进行数值模拟,分析影响自润滑层性能的成形应力分布、球面接触面积及残余应力。数值模拟方法可以优化成形工艺参数与成形方法,最大限度地减少挤压合套过程对自润滑层的损伤,保证得到合理均匀的游隙,从而提高产品使用寿命与性能。
Aiming at structural characteristic of extrusion fitting self- lubricating spherical plain bearing,the core technology for fitting extrusion precision forming process without damage of self- lubricating layer is analyzed. The forming process is numerically simulated through digitization precision plastic forming technology,the forming stress distribution,spherical contact area and residual stress influencing properties of self- lubricating layer are analyzed. The numerical simulation method can optimize forming process parameters and forming method,minimize the damage of extrusion fitting process to self- lubricating layer. The logical and uniform clearance is got and the service life and performance of product are improved.
