基于综合权重法的水润滑复合橡胶轴承综合性能评价

摘要 为实现水润滑复合橡胶轴承综合性能指标对物化性能指标之间的量化,建立了水润滑复合橡胶轴承的综合性能层次评价模型,采用综合权重法得到了其间的权重系数,并与其他方法得到的结果进行对比。应用实例表明:综合权重法兼顾了主观权重法和客观权重法的优点,能更科学地规划各性能指标的权重系数,为水润滑复合橡胶轴承硫化成形工艺参数的优化提供了技术基础。 In order to achieve quantitative relations between comprehensive performance index and physical- chemical performance index for water lubricated composite rubber bearing,a comprehensive performance level evaluation model is established for water lubricated composite rubber bearing. The weight coefficient is obtained by using comprehensive weighting method,and the results are compared with results obtained by other methods. The research shows that the comprehensive weighting method possesses both advantages of subjective weighting and objective weighting method,and the weighting coefficient of each performance index is scientifically planned,which provides technology basis for optimization of vulcanization forming process parameters for water lubricated composite rubber bearing.
