摘要
为了开发性能更加优良的电磁屏蔽织物,在具有一定导电性能的电磁屏蔽织物的基础上,采用化学镀的方式对其进行了碱性镀镍处理。借助SEM和X射线能谱仪对织物表面形态和镀层元素进行了表征和分析,并测试了织物的电磁屏蔽效果和各项服用性能。结果表明,经化学镀镍处理后,织物的电磁屏蔽效能有所提高,各项服用性能变化较小。
In order to develop more excellent electromagnetic shielding performance fabric, this experiment used a shielding fabric of conductivity and based on the chemical plating method. The fabric was treated with alkaline chemical nickel plating. By use of SEM and X-ray spectrometer, the fabric surface morphology and coating elements were characterized and analyzed with the effective of electromagnetic shielding and all wearability tested. The resuh shows that after chemical nickel treated, the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the fabric is increased, and not so much impact on fabric's wearability.
